What are your pronouns?
She/Her
Why do you ride?
I ride to give people space to step away from distractions and devices and come back into their body. I want riders to connect with themselves and with others through movement, and to feel strong, grounded, and aware of what their body can do.
What’s your teaching style?
Expect a grounding, motivating ride rooted in breath, rhythm, and body awareness. My classes blend strength, mobility, and mindful movement, all tuned to the music.
What languages do you speak?
English and some German
what can people expect in your class?
Expect enthusiasm, gratitude, and a strong focus on how your body feels as it moves. I love long climbs, heavy resistance, mobility-focused movement, and flowy, often instrumental music.
What’s your go-to ride track?
“Electric Pow Wow Drum” – A Tribe Called Red
I love the drum and bass, and that it connects me to my home country.
What’s a Fun fact or something personal you want people to know about you:
I spend a lot of time in my head — thinking, creating, and working with ideas — which is a big part of what I do every day. Cycling and movement are a way for me to bring those ideas back into the body through focus, rhythm, and motion.
