Work With Us

Find your rhythm. Build something meaningful.

Cadence Studio is more than a fitness space. It is a community built on movement, connection, creativity, and care. Everything we do is grounded in inclusivity, energy, and creating a place where people feel seen, supported, and strong both on and off the bike.

We are proud to be a Living Wage employer, a Safe Space Alliance member, and an intentionally inclusive space for all. We run on good vibes, strong systems, and a whole lot of heart. If you are passionate about people, love being part of a team, and want to grow alongside a purpose-driven studio, we would love to hear from you.

Rhythm Cycling Instructor

As a Cadence Instructor, you are more than a coach. You are a guide, a motivator, a connector, and part of the heartbeat of the studio.

You will lead rhythm-based cycling classes that bring together music, movement, and emotion. Our instructors create experiences that challenge the body, uplift the mind, and foster a strong sense of community in the room.

This role is best suited to someone who:

  • Loves music-driven movement and group fitness

  • Connects naturally with people

  • Brings warmth, professionalism, and reliability

  • Is open to learning, mentoring, and growing their teaching craft

  • Understands the importance of holding an inclusive, respectful, and emotionally safe environment

Instructor rates are set competitively and reflect experience, training, and performance.

Teaching qualifications are helpful but not required. We offer training and mentorship for the right people. You do not need to be the loudest in the room, but you do need to be genuine, grounded, and committed.

Front of House

Our reception team are the first and last people riders see, and that matters deeply. This role is the glue of the studio, making sure everything runs smoothly while creating a welcoming, calm, and supportive environment.

You will be responsible for:

  • Greeting riders and creating a warm, welcoming first impression

  • Checking clients in and managing basic bookings through Mindbody

  • Assisting first-time riders with shoe fitting, bike setup, and studio orientation

  • Supporting instructors during class transitions

  • Helping reset the studio between classes, including bikes, towels, and weights

  • Maintaining a clean, calm, and well-presented reception, lounge, and bathroom space

  • Assisting with opening and closing procedures

This role is perfect for someone who:

  • Loves creating positive experiences for others

  • Is proactive, organised, and takes initiative

  • Communicates clearly and kindly

  • Understands the importance of creating a space where everyone feels safe and respected

  • Feels aligned with Cadence’s inclusive and community-focused values

We are proud to be a Living Wage employer, because we believe care for our community starts with care for our team.

Customer service or hospitality experience is ideal but not essential. What matters most is your energy, your attitude, and how you show up for others.

Have questions, or feel like this might be your place? Fill in the contact form below, or pop into the studio during one of Annika’s classes to chat in person.
