Half rhythm ride, half off-bike work. This class kicks off with our signature express ride, then moves to the floor for strength and mobility training. Using extra implements, we keep things fresh, fun, and functional. Whether you're looking to challenge yourself, support how you move through your ride, or simply switch things up — this one’s got you. Expect variety, sweat, and serious feel-good energy.

base
A steady-paced class with more time in the saddle and minimal choreography, centred around core engagement and muscle stability. The focus is on controlled resistance, strong foundations, and intentional movement, with consistent core activation woven throughout. You’ll be offered clear options so you’re always in control of your intensity. It’s grounded and purposeful — and you’ll still work up a solid sweat.

CYC-ology
A 45-minute candlelit ride where movement meets mindset. Each class centers around a single theme like Resilience, Growth, or Presence paired with a color and powerful messaging to guide the experience. Slower-paced and grounding, this ride helps you reset, reconnect, and shift your energy from the inside out. It’s not just about the ride — it’s about the feeling.

Our Charity Ride is a 45-minute signature class where every pedal stroke goes toward making a difference. 100% of the proceeds go directly to the chosen cause, and the energy in the room is always next-level. Expect the same powerful rhythm ride you know and love — set to an uplifting playlist, with even more purpose behind every push. Come sweat for something bigger.
