This one’s for you.
Once a month, we slow things down and break it all down — bike setup, foundational positions, key movements, and how to ride to the beat. You’ll get a feel for the rhythm, try out some basic choreography, and build confidence in the saddle. Expect a supportive vibe, zero pressure, and plenty of time to ask questions. It’s all about getting comfortable, having fun, and finding your rhythm — one pedal stroke at a time.

Theme rides
Every now and then, we turn up the energy with a themed ride where the music sets the tone and the vibe is anything but ordinary. Expect a playlist built around a specific theme — think throwback bangers, power anthems, or one artist, all ride long. Dress-ups? Highly encouraged. Studio glow-up? Maybe. Singing at the top of your lungs? Basically required. Come for the ride, stay for the fun, and find your rhythm a whole new way.

Our Charity Ride is a 45-minute signature class where every pedal stroke goes toward making a difference. 100% of the proceeds go directly to the chosen cause, and the energy in the room is always next-level. Expect the same powerful rhythm ride you know and love — set to an uplifting playlist, with even more purpose behind every push. Come sweat for something bigger.
