What are your pronouns?
They/she
Why do you ride?
I ride to push limits and create space for others to find their power.
On the bike, I want people to step into themselves—fully, fiercely—and ride against anything that’s ever tried to hold them back.
What’s your teaching style?
Grounded, strong, and just a little unhinged.
I love a heavy push run, a big beat, and riding with resilience. I own the moment—even when it gets messy—and I want others to show up for themselves the same way: bold, steady, and unapologetically real.
what can people expect in your class?
Expect the unexpected.
I love a gritty push run, grounded choreo, and testing boundaries with movement that builds and evolves. Come as you are—I’ll meet you there. You don’t need permission to ride your way, but I’ll always remind you to show up for yourself.
What’s your go-to ride track?
Million dollar baby by Ava max is my perfect *chefs kiss* ride track
What’s a Fun fact or something personal you want people to know about you:
My background is in developmental psychology, but I’ve done everything from rock climbing and ropes course facilitation to wild land firefighting (lots of seasonal work over the years). I’ll probably forget your name a few times (I’m working on it!), but I’ll 100% remember that one oddly specific thing you told me about your childhood. Fair trade?
