What do you practice for?
I practice yoga as an opportunity to reconnect to myself, and deepen my awareness of the present. During and following one of my classes, my hope is that students feel more grounded, centered, and connected.
What’s your teaching style?
My teaching style is intentional, mindful, grounded, and breath-led, with a focus on self-awareness and embodied movement.

what can people expect in your class?
In my classes you can expect an intentional, mindful, and grounded space. You will be invited to move at your own pace, explore the cues from your own body, and in-tune with the present, assisted through breath and mindful movement.

What’s a Fun fact or something personal you want people to know about you:
When I’m not on the mat, I spend time at the gym, visit my family and friends, sit by the Ocean, and work on my business creating affirmations cards, reflective journals and hosting workshops which develop self-awareness and self-empowerment. On the side, I also work as a doctor in the hospital specialising in psychiatry ;)
