Why do you ride?

I ride for my mental health and stress relief. I ride because it is such a fun workout.

I hope riders feel connection, rejuvenation and a stronger sense of self-love after my class. And perhaps riders feel a little more bad-ass.

What’s your teaching style?

In my classes, we’ll build endurance and activate full-body energy, allowing the music to be our guide and transport us into a truly immersive experience.

I love a good climb and sprint, soexpect the ride to be a touch spicey.

what can people expect in your class?

I love a good kanikani dance on the bike. For me a great ride isn’t just about physical exertion; it’s about finding that deep connection and joy on the bike.

My goal is to help you lose yourself in the beats and movement, just as you would on a dance floor.

When that happens, mission accomplished!

What’s your go-to ride track?

I love electronica and techno so anything by Paul Woolford and dance hits by Rhianna

What’s a Fun fact or something personal you want people to know about you:

I love all things bike! I believe riding bikes builds community, whether that’s indoor or outdoor. You’ll find me out riding my bike for transportation, fun and fitness. I also work as a bike mechanic at the Bike Hubs around Auckland. Haha let’s talk bikes!
