What are your pronouns?
she/her
What do you practice for?
I practice to reconnect to myself and create space for connection with others. As a mum of three young children, yoga helps me slow down, breathe, and return to the present moment. My hope is that students leave class feeling more grounded, supported, and connected to themselves than when they arrived.
What’s your teaching style?
Warm, thoughtful, and encouraging. At heart, I’m an educator and facilitator who loves helping people break down complex things into approachable steps. I think of myself less as a teacher and more as a guide, creating a supportive space where people can explore movement and build confidence in their own practice.
What languages do you speak?
Mandarin Chinese and English
what can people expect in your class?
A welcoming, judgment-free space where both you and your baby are invited exactly as you are. My classes are designed for prenatal and postpartum mums, including those with mobile babies and toddlers. We practise in a circle around a shared play space so little ones can safely explore while mums move, stretch, breathe, and stay connected to their children.
More than a yoga class, I hope to create a community space where mothers can move, connect, enjoy a cup of tea, and know they don’t need to rush off the moment class ends. Because wellness isn’t just about movement—it’s also about connection.

What’s a Fun fact or something personal you want people to know about you:
I was born in Taipei, Taiwan, and spent much of my childhood on a tropical Pacific island, where I became a certified rescue scuba diver. In my twenties, I taught acroyoga in the United States and Canada and even found myself at an acroyoga gathering in the Israeli desert one spring. A chance conversation with Annika at Playcentre about my acroyoga days is actually what led me to Cadence and back into teaching again. Life has a funny way of bringing things full circle.
