Why do you ride?
To completely let go and be myself. There’s no better feeling than connecting with music in a way that makes you want to move, push and cheer! Sharing your energy with likeminded people in a dark room is the best way to leave all worries outside and finish feeling totally zen.

Energetic, encouraging and euphoric! I love bringing the crazy to class and want to make sure everyone walks out feeling proud.

Huge floorfillers, spicy efforts and uplifting throwbacks. My aim is to make sure you leave feeling energised and uplifted, no matter how you felt walking in the door. Party vibes! Teamwork! Gettin’ sweaty! WOO

When not on the bike I am usually flying aeroplanes, checking out new shows and musicals in the theatre or trying to convince people to join my D&D games!
